Home›Tenants desk› Selection procedure
We use a transparent selection procedure for the selection of new tenants. No unjustified discrimination is made between candidates.
If we offer properties publicly, any candidate can show interest in the property. In principle, the order of selection is determined by the time of responding. We then look at each candidate to see if a property is suitable. Among other things, we look at:
Due to the above selection criteria, a candidate who has expressed interest at a later date may be better suited for the property and therefore preferred. Prospective tenants to whom we are unable to rent the available property will be notified by email. We keep the details of prospective tenants to whom we were unable to rent the property so that we can contact them in the future when we have a potentially suitable property available.
We reserve the right to change the selection procedure in the interim if there is reason to do so, of course in accordance with the Good Landlord Act.
