Property maintenance

Proper maintenance is important and increases the comfort of living. Major maintenance issues are at the account of the owner and will be arranged by us. In most cases minor maintenance issues are at the account of the tenant and should be arranged by the tenants themselves.

The attachment 'Who does what' provides an overview of who is responsible for which maintenance. We advise you to check your rental agreement as well, as it may differ at some points.
