Home›Huurdersdesk› Pre- inspection and final inspection
After receipt of you written letter of termination we will contact you to arrange a pre-inspection and final inspection of the property. These inspections will be planned on workdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The property should be left in good condition. During the pre-inspection we will discuss the following issues:
- filling of holes in walls and ceilings
- possible reversing of alterations made by you
- painting of walls in light and neutral colours
The changes and repairs will be recorded in an inspection report of which you will receive a copy. If you wish to have the new tenant take over some of your things, you should arrange that yourself.
The final inspection will take place at the end of the rental period when the property is empty. Together we will check if the repairs and changes agreed upon during the pre-inspection, are carried out correctly. Any damages caused by your move, will be repaired at your cost. The meter readings will be noted in the inspection report and you will have to turn in all the keys. You are not permitted to hand over the keys to a third party, not even the new tenant.
