Non-urgent defects can be reported to us in in writing or by email (onderhoud@makas.nl) using this form. Please fill in the form, clearly stating the nature of the defect and/or required repairs, and provide us with your current phone number.

If you prefer to report a defect by telephone, you can contact our maintenance departement every workday between 9 and 10 AM on:

Examples of such emergencies are:

• no hot water
• defects in heating installation (in winter)
• severe leakage, resulting in significant damages
• lift defects
