Return of deposit

In case you have paid a deposit at the start of your rental period, you would like to have the deposit returned to you as soon as possible after you have left the property. If the property is left in good condition and all possible obligations have been fulfilled, the deposit can be settled quickly.

We strive to settle the deposit and return the final payment within 4 to 6 weeks after the termination of the rental agreement.

During the final inspection we will determine which matters are not according to the rental agreement. These possible damages will be recorded in the inspection report. If a quotation is required or damage report has to be drawn up, it will take longer to return the deposit.
